This homemade Tim Hortons Farmers Wrap is a hearty breakfast made with fluffy eggs, savory sausage, a crispy hash brown, melted cheese, and creamy chipotle sauce, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for a quick, filling breakfast.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 1 wrap

Ingredients

For the Wrap

  • 1 large flour tortilla, about 10 inches
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 breakfast sausage patty
  • 1 small frozen hash brown patty
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese or processed cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter or cooking oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

For the Chipotle Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle sauce or chipotle hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder

Optional

  • Hot sauce
  • Diced jalapeño
  • Sliced green onions
  • Extra shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cook the sausage: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage patty until browned on both sides and completely cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Cook the hash brown: Place the hash brown patty in the skillet and cook until golden and crispy on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Cook the egg: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add butter if needed. Crack the egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and gently scramble until just set.
  5. Warm the tortilla: Heat the tortilla in the skillet for about 10–15 seconds per side until soft and flexible.
  6. Assemble: Spread the chipotle sauce over the center of the tortilla. Add the cooked egg, sausage, crispy hash brown, and cheese.
  7. Fold: Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, fold in both sides, and roll firmly into a wrap.
  8. Toast: Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden and crisp.
  9. Serve: Let the wrap rest for about 1 minute, then slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Cook the hash brown until deeply golden for the best texture.
  • Don’t overcook the eggs, as they can become dry inside the hot wrap.
  • Warm the tortilla before folding to prevent cracking.
  • Adjust the chipotle sauce to make the wrap milder or spicier.
  • Avoid overfilling the tortilla so it rolls neatly.
  • For meal prep, refrigerate cooked wraps in an airtight container and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
